Recipe: Butterfinger Minis

This is my absolute favorite time of year.

This is a recipe my mom started making, and I have no idea where she heard/read about it but it's one of my favorites. Since there's no official name, I've decided to call them Butterfinger Minis as they resemble the delicious candy bar.
Anywho, the recipe consists of 3 simple ingredients: Cheez-Its, peanut butter, and chocolate almond bark (I know it might sound a little weird, but don't judge until you've tried them). That's it. So easy. Although, I must warn you, this is not a recipe if you're short on time...this is a recipe best made on a lazy Sunday watching your favorite purple & gold football team pummel a less-than-favorable one ;)
For this recipe, I enlisted the help of my two special kitchen friends :)
First step: sandwich peanut butter between two Cheez-Its.

Side note: I used the family-sized box of Cheez-Its, which makes about 250 "sandwiches." 

That's a lot of Cheez-Its!
Second step: melt chocolate almond bark. I followed the directions on the package - microwave for 1 minute, stir well, and continue microwaving at 15 second intervals until completely melted.

Third step: using tongs, dip each Cheez-It sandwich into the almond bark. 
Side note: 1 package of almond bark will coat approximately 60-70 sandwiches. Also, it's a good idea to use wax paper when letting the Butterfinger Minis harden (I forgot to buy some when I made these).
Fourth step: Pop into the fridge for 5 minutes to harden, take off the tray/cookie sheet and enjoy!
