Reboot Days #4 & 5

Knocking out two days with this post - nothing really new to report. I'm halfway done now which is really exciting, and I'm looking forward to eating normal (healthy) meals next week. I honestly didn't think I would make it this far, and I'm happy that I've been able to stay on track with a few small indulgences here and there. This morning I weighed in at 147 pounds - so I've lost about 5 pounds. I still really haven't found a veggie juice that I can drink without plugging my nose, but it's fine - all that matters is that I'm drinking them!

With all of the temptations that I've encountered over the past few days, one thing that's helped me stay motivated is my fitness Pinterest board. Now you obviously need to be careful on Pinterest, because it's extremely easy to get sucked in to looking at food, but it can also be a great source of inspiration.
